Another busy weekend!

Happy Easter to all of my blog buds and your loved ones. I hope you have a wonderful day with your family and friends.
I brought these daisies to my mama on Passover. Pretty and spring-like, eh?
I just finished making a turkey for dinner tomorrow -- yep, most of my friends are Catholic (I graduated and taught at a Catholic university, after all!! LOL) so I get to celebrate all holidays, which is a blessing in understanding and togetherness. It really is a true delight to have such diverse close friends.
Yesterday, I finally had some time to drop off some clothes to Good Will. While there, I had to check things out... and... yeppers!!! There were goodies!
Here's what I picked up:
I would have walked right by this one, if it wasn't for Janene at She did a really cool redo with a jewelry box, so when I saw this I thought I would try it, too. What do you think? The only thing is that I can't figure out how to replace the drawer pulls. It looks like they can't be removed! Can you tell I'm getting into aging the colors just a bit??
Picked up this thing -- I think it's an ice holder -- it's metal and it's heavy! Redid it to a solid blue-black -- still needs another coat and some stenciling...I have a few more things, but I'll save them until next week...
Happy Easter!
